We are seeking an experienced and motivated Performance Psychologist to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with elite athletes, teams, business professionals, and high-performing individuals to develop psychological strategies that enhance performance, mental resilience, and overall well-being.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Performance Psychologist to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with elite athletes, teams, business professionals, and high-performing individuals to develop psychological strategies that enhance performance, mental resilience, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop tailored mental performance programmes.

· Provide one-to-one and group-based psychological support to a variety of clients..

· Deliver evidence-based interventions to enhance self-belief, motivation, and resilience.

· Work collaboratively with physical performance practitioners, business leaders and other professionals in the provision of holistic health and performance support.

· Design and deliver workshops, seminars, and training sessions on performance psychology.

· Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in performance psychology.

· Maintain confidential and ethical professional standards in line with governing bodies such as the British Psychological Society (BPS) and the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

Essential Requirements

· Master's degree in Psychology (preferably Sport & Performance Psychology or a related field).

· HCPC registration (or eligibility for successful registration).

· Accreditation with or working towrds a recognised professional body such as BPS or BASES.

· Proven experience working with high-performance individuals, including athletes, executives, or teams.

· Strong understanding of psychological frameworks and evidence-based interventions.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.

· Flexible approach to work, with the ability to travel as required.

Desirable Attributes

· Experience in delivering psychological support in elite sport, military, or corporate environments.

· Strong public speaking and workshop facilitation skills.

· Understanding of psychometric testing and performance profiling.
