Bio

I graduated with a degree in Sports and Exercise Sciences from the University of Leeds, including an international year completed at the University of New South Wales in Sydney. I went on to study for an MSc in Sports Therapy from Leeds Metropolitan University, whilst completing an internship with Notts County FC. After a season at the club I was appointed first team sports therapist at Mansfield Town FC, where I worked with the League Two side’s players for five years.

I joined GCP in August 2020 and work predominantly on the PFA’s residential rehabilitation scheme and with elite athletes at St George’s Park.

I aim to deliver specific, individualised rehabilitation to each person I work with, enabling you to reach your own goals. I work to develop positive relationships with athletes and fitness enthusiasts at all levels, to make your programme engaging and ultimately successful.

Connecting you with an expert coach

When we introduce one of our expert coaches into someone’s life we begin to build a meaningful relationship they stretches way beyond talking about fitness.

We hear about when they are not sleeping well, not feeling great or when they feel they like are performing poorly at work.

We are asked for advice regarding mental fitness, healthy eating, dietary requirements, sleep and nutrition. Our aim is to become a core and trusted part of our clients daily life.
