As part of the Game Changer Performance (GCP) team, Callum works with top flight footballers on their performance and rehabilitation. He’s also worked with athletes at all levels, across a range of different sports.
After playing academy level football and completing his undergraduate degree at Loughborough University, his coaching career began at non-league side Kidderminster Harriers. His first role in elite sport started with an internship role at Coventry City FC’s Academy, alongside studying for an MSc in Strength and Conditioning at Coventry University. This internship grew into a full-time role as the Lead Academy Strength and Conditioning Coach at Coventry City. His next move was to West Bromwich Albion FC as an Academy Sports Scientist, where he was promoted to Lead Academy Sports Scientist for the U9-U16 age groups after just six months. From there, he joined Tottenham Hotspurs FC, as the U23 squad reconditioning coach, aiding the rehabilitation of injured players at the club.
Alongside his elite sports experience, he’s also worked with a range of athletes and fitness enthusiasts at all levels, across a range of different sports. Callum’s main goal is always to influence a positive change in his client’s health and fitness. Being a driver in helping people achieve their goals is what motivates him to try and help as many people as possible.
When we introduce one of our expert coaches into someone’s life we begin to build a meaningful relationship they stretches way beyond talking about fitness.
We hear about when they are not sleeping well, not feeling great or when they feel they like are performing poorly at work.
We are asked for advice regarding mental fitness, healthy eating, dietary requirements, sleep and nutrition. Our aim is to become a core and trusted part of our clients daily life.
